My name is Stephanie and I am a senior at Rowan University. I am currently working towards my BFA in Printmaking and Photography, with a minor in Art History. I specifically enjoy serigraphy, alternative photo processes, and bookmaking but am proficient in other areas as well. The studio is my second home and I’m dreading moving all of my stuff out when I graduate.
I am an out of state student from Pennsylvania- a rarity at Rowan. However, it’s given me an interesting perspective about the state and I’ve certainly learned a lot about the dynamics of New Jersey. To think- most of my friends from home consider New Jersey as the barrier between Philadelphia and the beach
The single greatest experience of my college career was my semester abroad in Florence, Italy. The experience helped me shape my artistic career goals, gain new perspective, and develop as a person. There are a million and one reasons why studying abroad (anywhere!) is an excellent choice.
Anyhow, hopefully you’ve enjoyed learning more about me and my Rowan experience through my blog. If you have any further questions about anything, feel free to contact me at: harvey66@students.rowan.edu
